These are SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) files and you can edited them with any vector graphics program such as Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape or Graphic. Inkscape is a free program available for Windows, Apple ios, and Linux. I used Inkscape for Windows to create these files. Graphic is available on the Mac for $30 and on the iPad for $9. You need an iPad Pencil to use Graphic on the iPad.
